its red now.
and i have to put rubberbands across my mouth.
rahwani and adeline accompanied me.
& we went health zone after that.
those primary school days,
its pretty entertaining though.

training yesterday was fine.
physical wasnt that tough other than having to face the tormenting sun.

& today, bestie's birthday!
hahah, she cried when we gave her the cake.

on the way back with the twins,
it was hell damn funny.
